How integration works

    NDA + bundle agreement. We define pricing (free addon vs paid upsell), branding, and SLA.

    Production
    Client buys policy → eSIM provisioned → email with QR + co-branded branding. End-to-end <30 seconds.

    Reloads + commission
    If client reloads (mid-trip or next trip), the eSIM stays attached to you — you earn 15% without extra work.

Commercial model

Three options — pick by your margin and policy positioning.

  • Free bundle: your plan includes eSIM 1 GB / 7 days at no cost to client. We charge you B2B €1.50 per policy issued with bundle.
  • Paid upgrade: client adds eSIM for +€8 at checkout. You keep €4 (50% margin), pay us €4 wholesale.
  • Full white-label: own domain (esim.your-insurer.com), 100% your branding, your payment gateway. Setup negotiated.
  • All cases: 15% recurring commission on subsequent client reloads/purchases.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a contractual relationship between your client and us?
Yes, technically. Acceptance of our T&C on eSIM activation. In full white-label, we can figure as a sub-processor in your privacy policy.
What about GDPR?
We provide a signed DPA (Data Processing Agreement). We process only minimal data: ICCID + email for QR delivery. Deleted 90 days post-eSIM expiry.
Do you apply tax withholdings?
No direct ones — client pays us for reloads if any. Your commission paid via monthly B2B invoice (USDT, EUR bank, or balance credit).
Do you support "internet not working" claims?
No, we don't process financial claims — just technical support via email/Telegram. Your team does NOT receive eSIM tickets if our contact is in the co-branded email.
Do you guarantee uptime?
SLA 99% on API and 99.9% on provisioning. No guarantee on local network in destination country — that depends on the carrier (Telcel, T-Mobile, etc.).
