Before you write to us

I'm not getting data after installing the eSIM
99% of the time it's because data roaming is off. Go to Settings → Cellular → your eSIM → Data Roaming → ON. It only affects the eSIM, not your home SIM. If it still doesn't work, check the install guide for your device.
Where is my eSIM QR code?
We email it right after payment and show it on the purchase success page. You can also retrieve it under "My orders" or, if you bought via Telegram, in the "My eSIMs" tab of the bot.
How fast do you reply?
The Telegram bot answers instantly with AI and escalates to a person when needed. By email we reply within 24 hours, usually within a few hours during business hours (CET).
I want a refund
Full refund if you request it within 48 hours and the eSIM hasn't been activated, or automatically if the failure is on our side (QR not delivered or invalid, or the plan doesn't work in the advertised country). No refund once the eSIM is installed/activated or data has been used. Email support@esimahora.com with your order number and evidence (screenshots, error code, ICCID).
