Airalo removed Russia from their catalog in March 2022 following Western sanctions. Their policy is to not operate in jurisdictions under US financial sanctions. Our supplier (eSIM Access) operates under Hong Kong regulation and maintains legal relationships with Russian carriers. That's why we can sell, they can't.

Entry requirements

How to activate on landing
- 01Buy the eSIM at eSIM Ahora before leaving. Receive the QR by email + on screen.
- 02Do NOT activate the eSIM at home. Validity counts from first connection, not from purchase.
- 03On landing, connect to airport Wi-Fi (needed to download the carrier profile).
- 04Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM → scan the QR. Wait 30-60 seconds.
- 05IMPORTANT: enable "Data Roaming" on the new eSIM. Without this, no Internet.
- 06Verify the coverage icon shows the local carrier. Ready to use.
